i20 - few issues
Hi all,
Have a few issues with my 09 plate Hyundai i20.
Problem 1 - Passenger side window not closing
For the past year the left side window doesn't close properly using the switch, I have to push it up and press the button together. It opens fine using the switch, its just the closing that is the issue.
With summer on the way would like to get this sorted as the air con doesn't work either.
Problem 2 - stereo has no power
I have been putting this off for over a year also, the stereo just stopped working randomly. I tried changing the audio fuse below the steering wheel but didn't do anything.
Is there a possibility these are related to the same thing, or is it just part of the vehicle getting old now?

It is good to be cautious, and some folks don't and wind up in not so good places.
There a lot of simple things you can do to try to help yourself.
All you need is a little guidance and the desire to learn.
Electrical items do not have to always be mysterious once you learn how they ere SUPPOSED to work .lol
For example,if you were to purchase a decent test light from a good auto supply store, you can check fuses without even taking them out to see.if they are open or not.
Anytime you want we should be able to assist you with some of the easier tests you can do. It is a good feeling to know how to help yourself if you get into a no start situation.. A few simple tools and a little guidance can sometimes make a big difference between waiting for help or at least get yourself going.
