??????? (I do not know what do you call that) 24 PIECESFOR BALANCE AUTO ADDJUSTMENT

Still there is a voice like (Tek Tek Tek) in the engine and when the engine geting heated. sound disappears by 90%
The agency says the problem is the following spare parts, bla bla bla bla.................. After the change to new parts, bla bla bla bla, remain the same problem not solved. what is this?
also fuel became less consumption by 50% from the previous

I spend right now around 10.000 $ to repair the engine and the problem not solved.
