Wireless Android Auto Asking for Location Permission
Hi everyone. I have a 2021 Hyundai Elantra that includes Wireless Android Auto. May I request some help setting it up?
I just got a new phone. The phone is a Motorola Moto G Power 2022.
The Hyundai sales rep set up my previous phone with the Elantra, but I want to set this phone up myself.
The problem is this: It seems like I connected the phone to WAA correctly, but when I try to use Google Maps and run it as a GPS, it says I need Location Permissions. It says when it’s safe, check the notification on my phone.
I haven’t been able to figure out what that means. Can anyone please guide me through the process a bit more? The Moto phone is Android, of course, so I’m assuming anyone with an Android phone might be able to help me.
