alright people got a major ? for neone that may have some incite into my problem. im looking into doing a tiburon motor swap into my 01 accent. what im wondering is what generation tiburon engine would fit best or even if a V6 tib would fit. as well as what i would need to do a auto to standard tranny swap. NE info would be GREATLY appreciated.


*Update* ive got some info on different engines that have been swapped onto accents. B Series honda motors(B18b LS block with b16c VTec Head) as well as a 4g63(Eclipse, Evo Lancer)

 

u can use the 1997-2000 tibu engine
u can use the 1.8lt or the 2.0lt
ethier one u need the tibu ecu or a aftermarket ecu and the tibu flow meter good luck with the project

 

were did you find the info for the b series honda motors for the accent cause thats what ive been wanting to do cause i miss my honda
