My driver side door window seems to be loose, if you close the door with the window rolled down there is rattling noises. I've tried to remove the door panel, I removed every screw I could find but the panel still won't budge. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to remove the door panel, whether there is more hidden screws, special tools I need, or just a trick to pop it loose. Also would anyone know if the looseness is something that is most likely an adjustment issue or most likely in need of new parts?

 

You must remove the screw in the inside door handle plastic.Remove the screw in the
inside pull handle.All screws on surrounding door panel.Corner upper piece facia (by door mirror) unsnap bottom and lift up . Now for the rattle.I have seen the door lock rods going to the actuator come off and rattle.You can usually duplicate this condition by moving the door back and forth .

 

Most likely it is the bolts are loose that mount the window to the regulator. how many screws did u take off the door panel? did you take the little delta trim piece off?

Finally got time to do it and I found the bolts holding the window to the regulator came loose as you stated. Thnx for the info.
