Default 2003 Santa Fe Rear Brake Pads HELP !

Hi, just dissasembled rear brakes in order to replace rotors and pads. After slacking off the park brake, I got off the rotor and replaced it. I then removed the old pads and managed to install the piston side pad wihout any issues. Problem is the other pad. IT WILL NOT GO IN ! ! ![:@] I have searched the forum and the hmaservice site wihout any luck, rest of the internet too. I managed one side of the pad, locked it in place with a piece of wood, but the other side will not slip in. I even went as far as filing off the paint and some rough metal on the pad but to no avail. IT WILL NOT GO IN ! ! ![:@]

Would appreciate any help or tricks. I am using aftermarket pads [&o]should fit though ...

Thanks, Jim
