I have a 99 Accent and it just died on the HWY and wont start now.
The fuel pump is working and relay, have spark, turns over and put in a newspeed idle actuator and it still wont start. at a loss right now as what it might be. Any help would be appreciated.

 

You may indeed have spark, and a working fuel pump, but the fuel may not be getting to the injectors, and if it is they may not be working. Does it sound like it "wants" to start, then make sure your whole ignition system is working. And if it doesnt sound like it wants to start, then your timing may be off, a plug might be starting to go, etc. Check your timing belt...really it could be a multitude of things, but start with checking out the ignition system, and all basics...sometimes one little thing is all.
