I have a Hyundai sonata 2004, the power lock in the rear left and right wont unlock but they will lock, also the fronts lock and unlock. Using the key fob and the manual its the same result. I swotched around the lock relays, they had an electrical tape on it so it would sit right I found that out the hard way after I tried to switch them and nothing worked. I had to rig it back with electrical tape and I'm back where I started. Any advice?

 

Is there a child proof setting for the door lock? I am not familiar with this exact model.

 

When we find a temporary repair , it needs to be investigated.and corrected Because one area can affect another area and it can be like trying to get ahead of filling a bucket when we know the holes are letting it out faster than we can fill it.
