transmission fluid

i was wondering if hyundai transmissions are like honda in that you can only use trans fluid made by the company, or can u just throw good old dex III in there for a flush.

Dexron III will trash the transmission in weeks, if not days. Stick with the SP-III fluid specified by Hyundai.

Hyundai automatic transmission REQUIRE SP-III fluid only. All others will destroy the trans.
