Question New To Modding. Where do I start?

I have a Hyundai Accent 2016 SE. I was finally looking into modding it and have no clue where to even start. It has 23xxxx miles on it and im the first owner of the car. ANY help would be appreciated.

I would start by up grading the brakes
Instead of just vented rotors
Get high performance slotted and drilled rotors
Up grade pads to EBC or Akebono
Don't forget the calipers

Once you have good stopping power
Then it is time to look at up grading the engine
Most people start by doing the electric big four
Changing the battery to ground cable
Changing the battery to starter cable
Changing the battery to alternator cable
Changing the engine to ground cable

Then it is time to look into high performance ignitions, air flows, headers, turbos, etc

Youre not going to make enough power to need brakes just yet, you won't need brakes until you are hitting at least 60% over stock, but if you are serious about upgrading your Accent, go to

I dont want to come off as being a one minded hipacritical by no means to anyone on here. but on a Hyundai i would maybe do exhaust for a more sportyier sound while picking up maybe3-5 horespower at best. rather than spending thousands $$ on moding Hyundai engine transmission etc... wich Hyundai's & Kia's are known for engine issues. if speed is what your looking for theres Audi A4, BMW M3, VW Golf R, VW Jetta GLI these are German vehicles built solid with top end speeds built for Germany's Autobhan in mind. that's what i would buy. if speed comfort and solid structural build quality is what your looking for
