Crank, no start
Engine coolant temperature sensor?
Check this video out ...
Anyway, back to basics ...
Check for spark at the plugs
When you first turn the key to the on position, do you hear the fuel pump prime the fuel rail?
Check to see if injectors are firing (listen at the injectors for clicks while cranking).
(Spark, fuel, air, exhaust, timing, compression, etc)

What have you done to test it/ troubleshoot the issue?
Did you check to see if there is spark at the plugs?
Did you listen to the fuel pump prime the fuel rail when the key is first turned to the on position?
The engine coolant temperature sensor should be near the crankshaft sensor.
Maybe if you google "hyundai Accent ECT"?? And look at images??
Timing is done by using the crankshaft sensor and/or camshaft sensor?
Sends signal to ECU. ECU determines when to fire spark and injectors.
Are you going to troubleshoot the problem by replacing parts??
Good Luck
