2000 Hyundai Accent troubles
replaced ECM; radio, clock interior lights come on only when headlights are turned on, go off when headlights are turned off any ideas. Checked fuses before and after ECM was replaced. Not the enclosed black fuses though. Any ideas would be highly appreciated.
