From gas to diesel? Too much to list, easier to get another car. ECU, maybe wiring harness, maybe transmission(sometimes the torque converters are different) fuel pump(s) engine. catalyst, You will have to look into changing the class of vehicle for DMV and emissions, you may not even be legally to able to get it inspected for emissions without some kind of waiver or something. at least in the US
