So i am buying an accent with only 43000 miles on it and was wondering how they have been treating all you fine people on this forum?

Be ready to change the timing belt at 60k plus any timing belt tensioners that are spitting grease. While you replace the timing belt, go ahead and change all 3 belts. (Main, AC, Power Steering.) AC idler pulley could need replacement too. I had an 2008 Accent GLS and replaced everything above at 85k miles.
