Default Charging system malfunction

Hi, I recently replaced the alternator and belts on my 2009 accent. Upon starting the car the voltage on the battery reads at 11.8. Once i rev the engine above 2500 rpm the voltage at the battery spikes to 16. The voltage stays at 16 even when idling. The battery tested 599/600 CCA and has 12.4 volts when the car is off. I removed the alternator and had it tested at advance. It tested good. It is a re-manufactured alternator. Any ides as to what would be causing this? Also, the battery light comes on when i start the car and turns off once revved above 2500 RPM. The lights also flicker when the battery voltage is reading at 16 volts.

It is either a bad alternator or one that doesn't work proper in your vehicle. Get a replacement.
