im replacing my cylinder head on my 02 accent, with a used one from a salvaged car. the used one is in good condition with only 82000 miles on it however it did have an oil leak out of the head gasket. so it is quite dirty . What is the best method to clean the head off while it is off the engine with cam, valves, ect intact. i do not have access to a solvent station or cleaning cabnient obviously. i do not want to damage anything in the process and clearlly am a newb so im not sure if i can just take to the carwash and use the enginecleaner high pressure wand. thanks for you input
