The area I have selected is located under the gas tank on the back left. loosen one of the metal tighteners and pull it out, there may be some black pebbles that come out, but you'll be ok. Just leave the metal tightener off and you can easily reach under everytime you go to the pump and pull out the tube.

Since ive done this the car fills right up no problem

 

That procedure is disabling part of the emissions system with is ILLEGAL in the US. DO NOT do that. Get the system fixed correctly.
