Default Instrument Cluster Not Working 2012 Accent

The other day we had some cold weather hit us and now the Instrument cluster in my 2012 Hyundai Accent has stopped working. The only things that work on it are the led lights for the check engine light, turn signals, and car door open. The speedometer, fuel gauge, rpm, etc... are all not working. The check engine light is on and the error code it is giving is p0462. Any ideas what could be going on?

Also, The light just went on upstairs.
Sometimes with a cold solder joint, it will open when the temp goes low enough. Some persistent folks and folks with the tools manage to find those joints and redo them thereby eliminating the problem. I don't have any more info at this time, maybe on U tube.
