heh glad to hear it. sometimes gives them a little kick in the *** when the customer knows something they don't doesn't make them look too good!

 

Glad that fixed it. My local dealer actually took the time to check TSBs when I had a question about my car.

On my old Honda, I used to go to one dealer because the service writer was awesome. When he quit, I found out everyone else there had no clue about customer service. Except for warranty issues, I'll do all my own maintenance on my new Hyundai. They're nice people, but not nearly nice enough for what they charge. My labor is much cheaper :0)
