Default Need Help; Front end wobble during acceleration

Hi. I sure could use some help on an Issue I am having with my daughters 2006 Hyundai Accent 4 door Sedan, 157k miles.
The front end shimmies/wobbles during acceleration seems to be coming from the passenger side front end. Cannot feel in steering wheel, I feel it more from my feet on floor board. It happened around 30 miles an hour when passing second gear. No issues at all when cruising or upper speed acceleration. No Idle issues.
This problem was happening before I changes some parts.
1. I changed both front CV joints
2. I changed LT and RT Sway Bar end links
3. I changed both front shock struts
4. The front wheel bearings were changed last year and are tight.
5. Had a full 4 wheel alighnment done due to strut change
6. Had all tires rotated and balanced
7. Changed all 4 brake rotors, pads, guide pins.
9. Both LT and RT and middle Tie rods tight, zero play.
10. With car jacked I cannot find any movement or play within the front suspension.
