Default p0340 code wont let car start!!!

I have a 2005 Hyundai Accent GT with P0340 code. I have changed the camshaft position sensor and the crankshaft position sensor, I still have the same code. I also noticed that the timing blet does not move when I try to start the car. There is also a humming noise coming from the intake. Not sure what else to look for.

If the timing belt doesn't move then it's probably broken. How many miles are on the car? Was the belt ever replaced? Did the car die while running or did you shut it off one day and then it wouldn't start again?

timing belt has never been changed, there are 88K miles on it. The car was running and I accelerated in a turn and the car suddenly died.

My guess, the belt broke and probably bent/broke a few valves. The timing belt needs to be replaced every 60,000 miles so your are 28,000 overdue. New engine time.

The belt is broken, hopefully after I replace it the engine will be fine.

My guess is it won't run correctly. It's an interference engine so if the belt breaks when running, the pistons hit the valves and bends or breaks them.
