Default Power Window Issue

Heres one to rack your brain.
2004 hyundai Accent. All windows are working correctly from master window switch but not at all from their own switches.
All fuses are OK.
Testing with a power probe III i can see the right rear motor recieving the correct voltage when operting its master switch.
The strange part is when operating its own switch i also recieve the correct voltage and earth connection however the motor does not move.
What am I missing?

Already checked, also replaced the master switch as I initally thought that may have been the problem however theres no change.

I did notice after more testing late yesterday that the rear w/motor only recieves correct power and earth when not plugged in. As I plug it back in the power probe reads earth on both sides.

Sounds like a wiring fault somewhere??
Can you operate the window by applying power and grounds to motor?
If you can then motor is good and wiring is problem

Yes, i tested this and the motor is operational when applying power and ground via that method. I presumed it wasnt the motor as the master still operates the motor correctly aswell.
It also seemed unlikely although not impossible that it would be the switches as all three passengers stopped working at the same time.
I did notice none of the LEDs that light up in the switches are working.

Would anyone know where i can find a wiring diagram for this system?
