Default problem with starting

Hi all,

I have a weird problem with a 1995 automatic Accent.
ONLY in the winter whenI drive the car in the morning,I usually make 3 stops (turn engine off)to pick up people (strat again)and than drive for few minumts to the final stop. I than park the car.
WhenI come back after an hour the car won't start (engine turns fine), I sometimes have to wait 20 minutes before it starts.
After,I drive it and everything is fine, it will start with no problems even if I turn it off.

HELP?

Default RE: problem with starting

I would start with the obvious stuff first. Replace the spark plugs, the air filter, and the fuel filter. It might not help, but it will rule that out and it would be good for your MPG. If you do all that and the problem still occurs, then I would suspect some wierd electrical problem that only occurs when the part in question reaches a certain temperature, possibly a wiring harness or a relay.

Floor the gas when it won't start. Might be flooded. Flooring it when starting should turn off the fuel injectors.
