Found the phrase as in the title while reading NJ lemon law. What exactly does it mean? The vehicle is seven years old since the last model of the vehicle of this kind was produced? Vehicle itself is older than seven years?

 

Sounds like the lemon law on used cars??
If the car is less than years old then you might have a case to return a bad car??
Other wise, old car is just a bad old car and one is stuck with it??
