i keep flushing my water tank (for windscreen) lowing down the pipes etc, sticking pins in to clean

and every week i loose water pressure and the water hardly hits the windscreen

not good as i take a dirty farming route to work!

any ideas?

also - is a noisey car in general hey - engine and gearbox although i put some lubricant in the gearbox which helped

 

Ok, so if you cleaned out the spray nozzles with a piece of wire, and you checked for leaks, and you think the motor runs ok, then the answer is your pump impeller is bad. Get a replacement pump and try that.

 

not sure of difference between motor and pump... think motor is ok (for the water)

pump embeller - what is that? any idea where to get one and more to the point where it goes as the unit appears to be hidden and submerged into the car body!

Impeller is a rubber thing that drives the water. It's all part of the pump. Just get a new pump. Do you have a junkyard where you live? Any similar year Hyundai product should work.
