My 00 Elantra is blowing a 20a fuse. The fuse is located the power distribution box located next to the battery in the engine compartment. The fuse controls the C O N. I am not sure what the C O N is. I have replaced the fuse 2x and the fuse has blown 2x. I am sure it is a short, but where is the question. I am not sure where to start looking. Any suggestions?

I think it is for the A/C Condenser fan

 

I don't think it can be condenser. It may happen due to short circuit, check cut marks in wires.

 

I found the reason for the short. It was the after market connection for the sun roof. It was re-wired. I dis connected the wires and problem stopped.
