Default 2000 Elantra Power window problem

Hello, My 2000 elantra's windows are not working at all. Replaced the "multifunction" switch in the driver's door panel and that didn't fix it. Checked all the fuses and they are all good. My brother is going to be testing with a volt meter. Any one ever have this problem before? How did you go about fixing it? I would really like to get this problem figured out before the snow hits.

It's probably the lift motor itself. You'll have to remove the door panel and test the motor.

If all of them aren't working? It went out really slow. Started rolling down the driver's side and it just stopped and now all of them are not working. My brother has not got a chance to put a voltmeter on it yet.

Hear any motor noise and binding crunching in the door... more common for the cables to fray tangle and lock up the works

I didn't realize it was all windows. The title only said window (singular). Have you checked the 30A fusible link (not just the 10A fuse) and relay?

usually its a broken wire where the drivers door hinges to the body
if you remove the door the wires are easily fixed, the harness unplugs from the pillar ,just pull the rubber covering boot back to access
