Default 2006 Elantra Troubles

I was hoping you guys might be able to help me out, no one else seems to be able to. I'm not exactly car "savvy", so please be patient with me.

Anyways, heres whats up. My 2006 Elantra is having some transmission issues. It's much louder than it used to be and has trouble shifting up, but shifts down just fine (it's an automatic btw). When I connect it to a can tool, it gives me P0016 saying "crankshaft position - camshaft position correlation".

I replaced the camshaft sensor, nothing got better. It also displays the readout codes P0300-0304, but it says that they're pending. I'm not exactly sure what that means. And yes, I did have the timing belt replaced on time.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
