Default 2008 Elantra Timing Chain

I have a 2008 Elantra with 209,000 on it. The car doesn't burn any oil and has had minimal problems in it's long life. At the dealership's recommendation, I had the timing chain changed at 50,000 miles. I took it in for a routine service just when the car turned 100,000 miles and they told me I needed a timing chain. I explained to them it was already changed and left the dealership without getting it fixed. I have driven the car another 100,000 without changing it. Last month, I took it in for a recall and they told me it needed a valve cover gasket which I see it does. They also told me to change the drive belt and the timing chain.....again. I want to keep the car but not at the expense of changing the timing chain. They did tell me if I got the work done, I'll get a lot more miles out of the motor. Has anyone ran into this issue? I would appreciate the help. Thanks.

It says on the top of the motor DOHC 16V. Does this help? Thank you very much.
