2013 Elantra Not Starting
I have a 2013 Elantra with 55k miles on it. When I try to start it a few times in the past few days it will not engage the starter. It acts as if the battery is dead. Tested battery and it is fine. I am pressing the brake as normal and the shifter will not move out of park either. Then, after it sits for a few minutes, everything will work fine and the car starts fine. This is happening when it is hot out and the car has been driven for awhile. I also notice that once it does start, when i shift into Reverse, it is fine. When I shift into Drive it bangs into D harder than normal.
Any ideas????

Recall on the brake light switch on the brake pedal. That could be the cause. Get it looked at. More info: https://www.hyundaiforum.com/forum/g...e-lights-6251/
