Greetings: I've tried 5 times to post in my thread the conclusion to my issue but none are showing up so except my apology for reposting a new thread here on this topic.

I had scoured the manual looking for how to "re-pair" a key FOB to my car. Nothing is listed. Went to youtube and found a couple of ideas but neither worked.

Since I had installed a new FOB battery (showed 3.3v on my meter) I determined it was the pairing.

Since we were headed out of town I located a locksmith who had the capability to "re-pair" the FOB. After arriving the clerk said, "let's try the easy stuff first." She installed a different new battery and the FOB worked immediately. She said to always use a name brand (Duracell, Energizer, etc) battery and to check the expiration date.
