door window problem

door window problem
Hi
I am looking for some info or help regarding a power door window.
During the closing of the window it falls out of guides and gets stuck half way up.
I striped the door but could not find any faults with it.
If somebody has any ideas please help.

O ya the car is 2000 elantra 1.6GLS
