Default Headlights flicker and battery light comes on

2013 Elantra Hatchback, after the car warms up to running temp and when I put the car under load the headlights flicker then sometimes the battery light will come on for a few seconds and go off. I’ve checked the battery, and the alternator has been changed, I have cleaned all the grounds. The belt is as tight as recommended. Other than that the car runs fine, no other lights flicker but the heater fan speeds up and slows down the same time the lights flicker.

Can you check the voltage at the battery while the car is on? How long ago was the alt replaced?

I don't know for sure without looking at your vehicle's alternator, but does it have , other than a rigid locked pulley? If it has a decoupler type pulley , is it working correctly?
If this does not apply, you should check to see what kind of voltage is being maintained at the battery when lights , hi beam, blower motor on high speed.are on. It should stay above 12.4 volts. Let';s see what you have before going any further..

Should be higher than 12.4 as 12.6 is a fully charged battery. I believe the most common areas are 13.7 to 14.8 to the battery.

With the suggested load and engine at idle even a fully functioning alternator will have trouble keeping that voltage up there.

14.5 at both battery and alt when running, drops slightly to 14.3 when evert is turned on.

its a rigid pulley
the voltage stays at 14.3 to 14.5 with everything on at idle.

alt was replaced about a week ago and it hasn’t changed anything. 14.3-14.5 with everything on at an idle.

Since you have a voltmeter and know how to use it, what if you monitored the voltage at the headlights themselves. If there is a voltage fluctuation causing the headlights to flicker ,you should be able to see that providing your meter has the Min-Max feature and you use it. You could also check at the blower motor,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,but if your vehicle has sunload sensors , they can control blower motor speed and measuring there could be inaccurate.
Can you do that check at the headlamps?
