my elantra has the hick ups
Hello every one did not see me coming on this site before but my elantra 1984 has the hick ups, is the best way that I can describe what is going on it is at my mechanics and even they cannot figure it out we know its electrical. I'll be driving than it will hick up and be fine again it happens at all different types of speeds also happens when it was in idle very stumped. Has anyone herd of this problem

If you think it's electrical then I'd look into the ignition system first. Then check the other sensors like the camshaft position sensor, crankshaft position sensor, etc. Have you had the computer scanned for codes?
