wheels will not turn when steering
2010 Elantra. While driving car will not turn left or right. Makes a clicking noise while going straight or trying to turn. Looking at the front wheels, the right leans right and left to the left. Steering wheel is easy to turn as normal. Eventually it will "catch" and turn, but only for a few feet at a time. Front axle broken? Please help.

Sounds like a bad CV axle.
Jack the car up and used jack stands.
Turn the steering wheel to one side and inspect the CV boot.
One or both sides (driver's side and/or passenger's side) CV joint may be broken.
The clicking sound is coming from the CV joint.
If it is then you can get it replaced or do it yourself.
Look at youtube for video on how to do it
Search Elantra CV axle replacement
After careful planning, I did mine in three hours.
Would have taken 30 minutes if I didn't stop to drink water .. it was hot that day
Edit: If you need to replace both sides then only do one side at a time or the transmission will fall out of alignment and then both sides won't want to go back together.
