I have had my 2020 Elantra less than two months and my windshield is cracked from the very tip of the window on the drivers side across. Would this be considered a manufacturer issue?. This was also the first day I have driven it since the tint was applied 3 days ago. I’m beyond upset. Any advice would be helpful. The crack was not there this morning and went back out this afternoon and it was there.

 

I would check first whether warranty will cover this and go from there.
We don't at this time know if this is a current problem, which if so, it may need something special done to prevent a repeat performance.
