Recently, I turned on my wipers (2001 Elantra GLS) not knowing they were frozen to the windshield. They were only on for a second or two before I realized they were frozen and switched them off. Afterwards the intermittent setting stopped functioning and the wipers won't park themselves when switched off. Any ideas as to a fix? Thanks!
