That was one ting we did first , only could come up with the 275.00 50% tint
the best was 425.00!
that's how this all started , By law here they can not put any tint on the front windshield!
We called about 3 tint shop's here , & got the same ! no tint on the front!!
so I checked with the Dealer & got no Help..
That's just the law. & I know they will bust you for it, as when I worked at Yellow cab, they would get some cheep shop to put on a light tint in front & darker in the rear ,they got a $65.00 ticket & had to pay to have it took off.
If the cop can't see the whites of you eyes !you will get Busted.
as far as sunshades we have the best $$ can but and it works great when you park the car, You can't drive with a sunshade over the windshield!

UP Date! talked to the Dealer to day & they will give me a good deal on the 2012 Elantra when they will offer the front UV tinted
windshield as a add on $$$,

 

I purchased a top tint section for my touring from Ebay. I never said to totally tint it. It is against the law in my state also.
Anyway, I have the top tinted and I never had a problem with the sun getting on my legs etc.
Hyundai should have had the top section tinted, but as previously stated.
