What have I done?

I Changed the Head unit in my wifes Getz and now the A/C wont go to its coldest settings. All the dials and switches seem to be working ok and The A/C is working, but I turn it too cold it just gets slightly cool but if i turn it up it does get warmer. Have I missaligned the Temp control?

Arfer some time I have found the cable from the temp control had been dislodged, preventing me from selecting coldest settings.

At least I don't need to pay Hyundai to find the problem.

What annoys me about Hyundai is they obviously don't check everything when they do a service... I put my car in for a full 90,000km service in January, I put it in today cause my air con doesn't seem to be cold enough... the girl rings to say that the air filter is the "worst she has ever seen before" and needs to be replaced... so did they check it in January? I bloody doubt it... and who knows if it is really dirty... they could be just saying that for all I know... same thing with my wiper blades in January they wanted to charge me to replace them, but I told them no because I replaced them, bought from Hyundai in November...

 

That's why I don't trust mechanics. They look at too many cars and don't care anymore. I care about MY car.
