Hyundai Getz 2006 Manual labors to start.....
Has new battery,
Terminals are clean,
No starter motor clicking...
Problem is when trying to start symptoms are same as if battery is low on charge. Changed battery but no change in symptons..??
OHM meter reads 12.6 volts But when cranking voltage drops to 6 volts
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

There could be a few reasons for this.
One could be corroded battery cables not allowing full power to the starter.Voltage drop test is best way to verify.
Another could be a worn /corroded starter relay/solenoid.
Last could be a poor ground connection for the system.
