Has anyone replaced a Charcoal Cansiter in an 08 Santa Fe? The dealer wants $500.00 and I think that is a little steep - in addition I am having an extremely difficult time finding the part online - any help would be greatly appreciated!

No, but you're throwing parts at it for what problem/reason. Its part of the emission system, purge valve, charcoal filter etc and hoses. You may have saturated filter and/or vent system with fuel in it from overfilling too often.


Those parts should be serviceable if need especially the filter within it.
