My wife drove to work last Friday everything worked fine
when she went to come home instead of displaying just a D it showed D1 and would not shift. could not get manual shifter to work either sometimes it would show a D2 but that was all
Went to drive to shop on Sunday and everything Worked just Normal
did some research and found that there is a connector down inside the center counsel and it gets corroded (several people on this you tube article said cleaning the connector fixed the issues
my question is how do you remove the center counsel to get to this connector? Please Help any pictures or diagrams will help
there was an article in here that showed some information and had pictures but I could not get the pictures to open up

Update have side panels off but don't see the connector like in the YouTube video
also is there a light in the shifter area to show what gear its in???
the front of the counsel is loose but back is still tight. must be missing some screws
also how do you remove shift ****? I found a screw on the front side but could not get it to come loose Please I need help
