Doors locking after 30 seconds
I recently got my 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2.0T back from the dealer after some repairs.
Since then, the door locks have had an unusual behavior that I have not found documented in the user manual.
If the car is unlocked using either the key fob or either exterior door handle buttons, all doors will lock again autonomously after exactly 30 seconds, even if the key fob is in the car.
The manual talks about speed-sensing automatic door locking, but nothing like this.
I can't recall if, before the dealer work, if unlocking the car but remaining outside would trigger the doors to lock after 30 seconds.
I found the Engineering Mode menu, but haven't found a setting that speaks to this issue.
I do have a MyKey remote start module, but tried disconnecting it and the problem still occurred.
Is there a user setting that I missed, or is it possible that the dealer turned this unadvertised feature on somehow?
