how do I remove the factory radio in my 09 Santa Fe,going to install gps system

Center Fascia Panel Replacement


- When prying with a flat-tipped screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damaged.
- Put on gloves to protect your hands.

1. Remove the crash pad side cover.


2. Remove the switch assembly (A).


3. Loosen the mounting screw, remove the lower panel (B).

4. Disconnect the connector (A).



5. Remove the center lower garnish (A).

6. Remove the speaker grill (A).


7. Loosen the mounting screw, remove the speaker grill (A).


8. Disconnect the connector (A).


9. After loosening the mounting screw, remove the center facia panel (A).



10. Loosen the screws.

11. Disconnect the audio connector and antenna cable, then remove the audio assembly (A).


12. Installation is the reverse of removal.


- Make sure the connector are plugged in properly.
