Default Santa Fe 2010 remote starter

Hi out there, newbie to this site...I couldn't find anything related to Santa Fe remote starter. Does anyone know if there is any way to install the remote starter without using an extra key (chip) to fudge the system? Besides costly ($120) I find it very weird having a chip inside the car at all the time.

Thanks for your comments

Yup... I'm new here to. And I'm thinking about a remote start too.. I wish there was more info. All I've heard so far is that most starters will unlock your doors when activated. Then your car is open till the locks re-lock automatically. And now you would have two fobs on your keys.. I haven't talked to the dealer yet.. so that I'll need to do.
