2004 Sonata 2.7L Catalytic converter?
You may or may not be aware , the timing belt should be replaced approx every 60,000 miles. If you know this was not done, get it done. It is not a hard job, but you need to know what you are doing ,and some shops don't.
If due to belt wear the gears slip just one tooth the engine will run, but will not run right.. That is why I ask if or when it was replaced. Also if it breaks while on the road it could get expensive .

Ok So I drove it a few times on freeway and the car after awhile got up to freeway speed (took it up to 75mph) no problem. It seems to struggle when in lower speed, I can put gas peddle to floor and it wont respond, then when I let up and slowly give it gas again it responds. I keep being told I need to drive it to reset system computer. Do you know about this?
