Replaced O2 sensor, among every possible other sensor and my car still has issues. Newest one being looses power, hesitates under load, gas peddle to the floor won't excel past 40 and burning fuel. Replaced fuel pressure regulator, fuel lines, vacuum lines. No codes coming up, I'm at a loss.

 

You didn't say anything about the fuel filter. Was that changed and if so, was any water noticed coming out of it?

 

I have not replaced fuel pump or filter.

 

Try cleaning the throttle body
And the Idle Air Control valve
And check the Throttle position sensor
