Did you ask the dealership if they changed it? What does the paperwork say? Why would you pay them without asking what they actually did?

The work was carried out under warranty and an itemised copy of the "invoice" was given to me. The appropriate parts to replace the chain tesioners are listed. They confirm that hey have replaced the tensioners. So why do I still hear rattling on cold start?.

aftre market oil filters may not have the corect valving, and may drain down over night. the oil pump would need to fil the filter befor oil could get to the mechanical parts,

Re: the warranty list you linked to.....I just purchased a 2006 Sonata with 73k miles. I'm pretty much out of luck on those warranties, no?
