What you can try is turn the headlamps on . Are they at full brightness?

Are the stop lights working?

Do you have another key fob you can use just to see if the problem is in the key fob itself.?

Sure sounds like a bad receiver on the vehicle not pairing up with your Key fob remote.

Check the fuses related to the starting system and ignition, as a blown fuse could be the issue. The starter relay might also be faulty, so consider testing or replacing it. Additionally, the start button itself or its wiring might be defective. If your car has an aftermarket alarm or immobilizer, it could be interfering with the starting process. Finally, ensure that the battery terminals and cables are in good condition and properly connected.
