Clicking noise from fan / air system
Hello all,
My 2000 Hyundai Sonata GLS has started to make a clicking noise. It's not the usual suspects of oil issues or a rod or anything. It's actually coming from the inside fan / AC system.
The clicking noise only happens when I select the Upper air flow button, or face. If I select foot and face or any of the other choices everything is quiet. The selection of AC on or off makes no difference either.
I don't know how the system works, ie are there flaps that control the airflow direction that are triggered by ????. If it's all electrically controlled, where should I look. Fuses? Relays? Am I looking for info about a blend mode actuator or something like that?
Any help is greatly appreciated and if you have any links with info or diagrams for me to look at I would greatly appreciate it.
Thank you for any and all help,
Michael
